BRADFORD BULLS are delighted to announce the re-signings of forwards Tom Olbison and Adam Sidlow.
Olbison, 23, has agreed a new two-year deal with the club, keeping him at the Provident Stadium until at least the end of 2016.
Twenty-six-year-old Sidlow will be a Bull until at least the end of next season, having put pen to paper on a one-year contract.
Olbison made his Super League debut back in 2009, after graduating from the club’s Academy, with front-rower Sidlow arriving from Salford prior to the start of last season.
The pair have followed fellow team-mates Dale Ferguson and Lee Gaskell in committing their futures to the club, joining newcomers Jake Mullaney and Dan Fleming on the playing roster for 2015.
Coach James Lowes has expressed his delight at the news, knowing his squad is already beginning to take shape for next term.
“I think it is fair to say things are very much coming together,” said The General.
“We have had plans in place for some time and are now executing them.
“Some notable names have already been signed and there will be plenty more to come, as negotiations gradually come to a close.
“Both Tom and Adam will prove key for us next year, they are further pieces to the puzzle and I am really pleased to see them staying put.
“Tom is a fantastic young player, with a terrific attitude. Because of that, I feel sure he will fulfil his potential in the game.
“Adam gets through a huge amount of work and will certainly compliment the more explosive players we are looking to bring to the club.
“He is someone who if asked to do 80 minutes will do so. He is that sort of bloke.
“These signings are further proof of the board’s desire to see us make an immediate return to Super League for 2016.”
Olbison has made 19 league appearances this season, scoring six tries, while Sidlow has featured on 21 occasions, in the league, bagging a pair of tries.
