Zane Tetevano’s career with the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles is in doubt following the 24-year-old’s appearance in Newcastle Local Court today.

Tetevano has been training with the club in the hope of earning an NRL contract but details of previous incidents have now been fully disclosed in court and the Sea Eagles will now review his position at the club before making any further comment.

The former Newcastle Knights player has played 29 NRL games since his debut for the Knights in 2011 and began pre-season training with the Sea Eagles in a bid to continue his NRL career.He has also represented the Cook Islands on four occasions.
