The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs have named their 2015 Dick Smith Auckland Nines squad, surprisingly omitting former Dragons flyer Brett Morris.
His twin brother Josh has been named for the tournament, taking place on January 31 and February 1 at Eden Park, alongside NRL regulars Sam Perrett, Aidan Tolman, Frank Pritchard, Tony Williams and 2014 star Corey Thompson.
The remainder of the squad features a host of youngsters including new recruit Michael Lichaa while former Storm, Cowboys and Knights prop Antonio Kafusi will make his debut for the club.
Trent Hodkinson and Josh Reynolds were not considered, and the club chose to rest its’ Four Nations players James Graham (England), David Klemmer, Josh Jackson (Australia) and Greg Eastwood (New Zealand).
The Bulldogs are grouped with the Roosters, Broncos and Sharks in the Piha group and play the Sharks and Roosters on day one, and the Broncos on day 2.
