Aaron Woods and Curtis Sironen are the only players backing up after rep round, and will be hoping to make a good impact on the team due to both suffering a loss in the rep round.
Pat Richards played his best game of the season and was a stand out player last week against the Bulldogs after kicking a 54 metre penalty goal. This will provide the tigers with confidence going in to the match., as hopefully
The Tigers maintained their lead 16-0 for the beginning 30 minutes of the game. This allowed to be put into a great position for the whole game which they will be looking to execute tomorrow night.
The Sydney Roosters will be coming off a close loss after losing by 2 points against the dragons in the Anzac Day game. In the torrential weather and after a half-hour delay due to lightning and hail both teams were couragous to finish the game.
Aidan Guerra (jaw) and Mitch Aubusson (hamstring) return for the roosters after suffering injuries, with Lagi Setu and Willie Manu dropping out. Sio Siua Taukeiaho reverts to the bench, with Isaac Lui promoted to start.
Shaun Kenny Dowell will take to the field on a positive note after having a huge influence on New Zealand beating Australia in the rep round on the weekend. Michael Jennings will also back up from the rep round on the weekend and want to perform at his best after his disappointing efforts for Australia.
Kane Evans, Daniel Tupou and James Maloney will also be retuning for the roosters after playing in country vs city origin. Maloney will be hopeful in doing a great job to lead his club for a desperately needed win at home.
Dylan Napa will remain as an interchange on the Roosters inside after being cleared for two reports earlier in the week.
