Warrington’s Chris Sandow has been named First Utility Super League Player of the Month for February.
The 27 year-old scored three tries in three games for the Wolves, who have made a 100% start to the season.
Sandow won the gong, which is awarded in conjunction with League Weekly, ahead of Castleford’s Luke Gale.
“It was a real honour to be nominated for this award,” Sandow told the official Super League website. “We’ve made a strong start to the season and this award could have gone to any of the guys in the squad.
“Being named First Utility Super League Player of the Month is a great feeling, now the team will look to push on throughout the next few months and make sure we maintain our good form and keep ourselves near the summit of the table!
“I’d like to thank the Wolves faithful who voted and the judging panel at First Utility and League Weekly, and Chris who presented me with this great trophy.”
