Bradford Bulls moved up to fourth place in the Kingstone Press Championship with a 44-12 win over Oldham RLFC at the Provident Stadium. It wasn’t all plain sailing for the Bulls though, as they only led 18-12 at the halfway stage. Kris Welham and Omari Caro scored a try apiece inside the first 15 minutes before Jack Blagbrough notched a debut score for the visitors. Kurt Haggerty and Joe Philbin were next over the whitewash for the West Yorkshire side, but neither try was converted by Danny Addy. The Roughyeds replied through Michael Ward before half-time to cut the deficit to just six points with 40 minutes remaining.
However, the second half saw Bradford outscore their part-time opponents five tries to nil. Caro registered four more tries to add to his tally and fellow winger Ethan Ryan crossed the whitewash for the final score of the contest.
