Illawarra will start their quest for back-to-back Intrust Super Premiership NSW titles tomorrow (Saturday, 4 March) when they open the new season against Penrith at UOW Jubilee Oval.
Blacktown Workers will create history when they take the field in Round 1, in an historic partnership that has the western Sydney-based club operating as the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles’ feeder side.
The club will celebrate their entry into the Intrust Super Premiership NSW competition tomorrow against Newtown as part of a triple-header in Blacktown.
Last year’s Ron Massey Cup preliminary finalists Wentworthville will start their campaign against Hills District at Ringrose Park; while Moorebank Rams enter the Sydney Shield competition in 2017 as they face off against St Marys in the opening weekend.
