Melbourne Storm, Parramatta Eels, South Sydney Rabbitohs, Sydney Roosters

Melbourne Storm: The expectation was they would deliver an inexperienced team and the Storm haven’t let us down! Blake Green captains the side.  Marika Koriobete and Cam Munster are the key players if the Storm are to make the quarter finals.  The Storm standing by Munster after breaking curfew during his time at the Queensland Origin emerging players camp last weekend.

Parramatta Eels: Brad Arthur’s men are serious about making an impact in the short game by naming a very good side.  Captain Corey Norman has Semi Radradra at his service.  Don’t be surprised if the Fijian flyer is best at the tournament if they advance to the knockout stage.  Could be some good news for the Blue and Gold army come Sunday.

South Sydney Rabbitohs: All’s not rosy at Redfern if you trust what the newspapers say as the Rabbitohs defend their title.  On paper a strong side.  A player to watch is Cody Walker, a superstar waiting in the wings to make the top grade.  With Johnson, Goodwin and Sutton in attack, you couldn’t see any reason why they wouldn’t play in the knockout stage.

Sydney Roosters: The Roosters will be happy the tournament has come around after the Mitchell Pearce off-field incident on Australia Day.  Pearce’s misdemeanor has overshadowed the return of club legend Braith Anasta for a guest appearance.  SKD and Daniel Tupou are the key players for any success the Roosters have.  A watch on the talented Omar Slaimankhel after an impressive NSW Cup season in 2015.

Matt Pritchard: Eels, Rabbitohs
James Morgan: Roosters, Storm
Sam Dasey: Eels, Storm
Rachel O’Reilly: Eels, Storm
Brandon Lee: Eels, Rabbitohs
