The 2013 Premiers are looking at climbing back up the ladder after a less than stellar 2015 season. With a good number of returning players intermixed with some new names the Cutters are looking to put a scare through many of the top clubs this season.

A tough preseason has not yielded the desired results, but preseason counts for naught as they face off against the Capras in round one. A nice run of three home games from round five may well shape their season and provide some momentum at a key time for the Cutters.

Important Matches:

Round 1: Host the Capras: A rematch of a preseason game that saw the Capras upset the Cutters may well indicate where they really sit in the ISC.

Round 7: Host the Redcliffe Dolphins: The last of three home games against the team that finished above them last season. This game is an important measure of progress for both teams.

Round 15: Host the Northern Pride: As with the round 7 clash, we will see the Cutters against a team that they were close to in the 2015 season. Possibly impacted by the Origin teams and the players on loan from the NRL Clubs.
