NRL DRAW RD 21-26: Bulldogs and Broncos own Thursday and Friday night footy

The National Rugby League this afternoon have released the playing schedule for rounds 21 to 26.

In Round 21, North Queensland host the Melbourne Storm on their preferred time slot of Saturday night at 7:30pm.  Canterbury Bulldogs and St George-Illawarra play on Friday night.

Round 21 (28 July-1 August)

A blockbuster on Thursday night at Suncorp with the Brisbane Broncos and Canterbury Bulldogs kicking off round 24.  North Queensland’s match with New Zealand Warriors might be a do-or-die match for the visitors.

Penrith and the Gold Coast Titans face off in what could determine a finals berth on Saturday at 5:30pm.  The Bulldogs play their third consecutive Thursday night game at historic Belmore Sports Ground against North Queensland Cowboys.

Potentially if the competition is tight coming into the final round it could be eight ‘live’ games to determine the finals series make-up.  Penrith will close the season with their clash against Manly Sea Eagles.
