Preview
League Leaders Wigan take on Castleford to open the weekend’s action at the Halliwell Jones Stadium. The Tigers have lost both of their fixtures since the restart, in stark contrast to Wigan, but did beat the Warriors in a tight affair, earlier in the season.
Adrian Lam is able to recall Tommy Leuluai, George Burgess and Ben Flower into his 21-man squad with Joe Burgess, Mitch Clark, Jack Wells dropping out.
Daryl Powell has named Daniel Smith and Jake Trueman in his 21-man squad, the latter having pulled out of last week’s clash with St Helens.
Prediction
Home advantage has been key in this fixture, in recent times, making this clash all the more interesting with it being played in Warrington. Wigan lacked discipline in their early season loss to the Tigers, but should take the two points on this occasion, with Cas looking out of sorts since the restart.
