Preview

Round two concludes with Huddersfield facing Catalans at the Totally Wicked Stadium with the Giants struggling in the absence of Aidan Sezer, and the Dragons claiming a golden-point extra-time success against Hull KR.

The Giants are boosted by the return of Michael Lawrence and Sam Wood as Ian Watson makes two changes to his 21-man squad with Ricky Leutele and Jack Ashworth dropping out.

The Dragons are still without Micky McIlorum and Sam Tomkins through suspension and make one change to their 21-man squad with Samisoni Langi replacing Mickael Goudemand.

Prediction

Both teams will demand improved performances when they take to the pitch on Saturday afternoon and, should Aidan Sezer be fit, the Giants will be confident of taking the two points. Catalans faded badly in the second half of their round one fixture but showed their class to build such a commanding lead, a more consistent display is needed to secure victory this weekend.
