Season to Date
The Tigers season can be summed up in one word; inconsistent. Having shown signs of attacking brilliance in games against the Bulldogs and Dragons, they have struggled to close out games throughout the season, no more than blowing a lead against the Raiders in round seven.
James Tedesco has been the standout player for the joint-venture club with 9 tries in 12 games. His combination with Luke Brooks is something that the Tigers fans hope can develop in the coming rounds and seasons.
Finals Bound?
Head coach Jason Taylor has decided to focus on defence this season to turn the Tigers into a finals contender. However, you need to be able to score points to defend and the style has shackled the young stars from the Tigers meaning that they have struggled.
On current form, it would seem it will another season without finals football for the Wests Tigers.
