Coach: Brad Arthur (2014-current: 156 games)

Brad Arthur is Parramatta’s most successful coach this decade. Of course, that isn’t saying much, given they had a mediocre year under Daniel Anderson in 2010 and three horrible years between Stephen Kearney and Ricky Stuart. Arthur was a breath of fresh air for the club in that he brought a clear passion for the team and the area. Furthermore, in his first year, he was able to take the team from wooden spooners to near finals contenders. In 2017, he turned the Eels into a top-four side and helped them enter the finals for the first time since 2009.
