Match Preview

Hull FC look to back up a comprehensive Challenge Cup final win against Wigan when hosting Catalans Dragons this Monday night for the first time crowds are back in Stadia since Coronavirus struck.

Catalans, on the other hand, come into this off the back of having their Challenge Cup journey ended by Warrington in what was their second loss to the Wolves in two weeks.

Hull FC welcome back Jake Connor and Brad Fash after the pair missed the Airlie Birdsโ€™ Challenge Cup success, while Bureta Faraimo comes back into the squad after a two-game suspension.

The Dragonsโ€™ make two changes for the match with Jordan Dezaria and Mickael Goudemand coming into the squad for the suspended Gil Dudson, while out with Mathieu Cozza is left out for this week.

Hull FC appear to have turned a corner under the new tutelage of Brett Hodgson and are well placed to notch another home win with the ever-talented Jake Connor coming back into the squad. That said, they are faced with stern opposition in Catalans, who have only lost to Warrington so far this season.

With crowds returning to rugby and the increase in home advantage from the 6,000 set to grace the KCOM, it is hard to see how Hull FC donโ€™t get over the line in this one.
