Last Saturday the Roosters were able to blow the Knights away early, jumping out to a 24-0 lead. The Knights, who rested Kalyn Ponga for the game, were able to hit back with two tries before half time cutting the Roosters lead to 12. The second half was all the Roosters as they 18 unanswered points to run out 42-12 winners.

Cronulla Sharks

The Sharks had their work cut out for them against the Warriors, but ultimately they were able to run over the top of them which assured a top eight berth. While it looked like the Warriors might win the game after coming from 12-nil down, Toby Rudolph and Ronaldo Mulitalo were able to get their team over the line when they needed it.

BATTLE TO WATCH

Toby Rudolf vs Isaac Liu

This will be a great battle to watch in this game. Both men are capable of breaking the defensive line or getting the offload when needed. While the game winning play doesn’t come down to these two men they do make sure that they put their team in a position so they can win the game.
