Preview

Super League continues on Thursday evening at the Halliwell Jones Stadium with Wigan’s top of the table clash against Catalans. This is a significant game for both sides as they look to secure that all important top-four finish.

Wigan have made two changes to the squad that beat Warrington with Ben Flower and Tony Clubb returning to the side, with the latter coming back from a long-term neck injury. Harry Rushton and James McDonnell drop out.

Catalans will be without both Remi Casty and Samisoni Langi through injury, with Matt Whitley and Arthur Romano coming into Steve McNamara’s 21-man squad who are looking to claim a fourth successive league win.

Prediction

This is a huge game in the race for a top-four finish. Wigan eased past Catalans in Perpignan last month and claimed a hard-fought win against Warrington last time out. The Dragons have won three games on the bounce but have struggled against the top sides since the restart making the Warriors favourites to take the two points in this one.
