Match Preview

The rematch of the most controversial game this season brings Wigan and Hull again together.

Wigan got the better of the Airlie birds last time out despite an unsettling storyline of racism that dominated the contest. The perpetrator found guilty, it will be interesting to see how both teams bounce back from the saga given the current state of racism in sport.

Regarding the rugby, Wigan should have the upper hand as they did in the Super League match up, though Hull FC are Challenge Cup specialists. It will be interesting to see if Hull can match the Wigan pack having lost Taylor among he vitriol of last week’s contest. That said, they will be rallying for Andre Savelio among the horrible circumstances and an upset could be on the cards.
