  • August 27: Adam Doueihi to undergo ACL reconstruction and is set to miss the start of 2022.
  • August 28: Latrell Mitchell facing between a 6 and 9 match ban for his tackle on Joseph Manu. Bunker Official Henry Perenara is stood down following the incident.
  • August 28: Melbourne Storm’s run of 19 consecutive wins comes to an end at the hands of the Parramatta Eels at Suncorp Stadium.

  • August 28: Nathan Cleary passes 1,000 NRL career points becoming the second youngest to the milestone behind Graham Eadie.
