Match Preview
With both sides looking to bounce back from their recent defeats, it will be Richard Agar’s side that are under pressure to get the win, having only won two of their opening seven games.
Castleford will come into the game with a strong side that will look to recover from their losses to Hull KR and Warrington. The Rhinos’ forward pack will have to keep the half-backs Jake Trueman and Danny Richardson under check if they are to get anything from this game.
Leeds are still missing a natural half-back that can work with Luke Gale, with Robert Lui injured it will mean Richie Myler will have another chance to show why he should cement his place in the team.
Whereas the Tigers are due for a win of their own, we don’t know if the news of Daryl Powell’s departure has rocked the dressing room or if they’re just in the traditional poor form which every team goes through.
Cas will of course look to their captain and Man of Steel Paul McShane, who is looking to add his place in the top five rankings with another crucial performance for his side.
