MATCHDAY PREVIEW

An enormous clash awaits at Accord Stadium on Friday night as the high-flying Bulldogs look to remain undefeated at home against the Tom Trbojevic-led Manly Sea Eagles.

Shooting for six wins in a row and to stay in the hunt for a top four finish, the Bulldogs will be without suspended captain Stephen Crichton. Jacob Kiraz moves into the centres and Jeral Skelton comes in on the wing. Jaeman Salmon replaces Kurt Mann at lock (fractured clavicle). Josh Curran returns from a shoulder injury.

Manly will be looking to bounce back from their capitulation against the Wests Tigers last week; and if theyโ€™re to do so it will surely be on the back of another Tommy Turbo masterclass.

Both he and halfback Daly Cherry-Evans have found form at the right time of the year, although their hiccup last week will raise a few questions. Tommy Talau returns from a pectoral injury.

For the home side, Cameron Ciraldoโ€™s men will want to be dominant without the ball mainly, shutting down Manlyโ€™s lethal backline. They have the best defence in the competition, but Friday will be a huge tests against one of the best attacking teams.

Should they continue to show that same high level of defence, the Bulldogs should get home in front of a full house.
