MATCHDAY PREVIEW

After losing by less than a converted try in their last two games, the Titans finally broke through for their first win of the season on ANZAC Day against the Warriors. AJ Brimson stood out at fullback, and it is easy to see why he doesn’t want to return to the centres. David Fifita is returning to his barnstorming best, which will undoubtedly make coach De Hasler happy.

There are a few outs this week for the Titans. Moeaki Fotuaika is out due to a concussion. Joe Stimson will start in the front row. Aaron Schoupp and Alofianna Kahn-Pereira are also out of the side. Harley Smith-Shields and Phillip Sami will take their places.

The Storm added to the Rabbitohs’ misery last week, winning their fourth game in a row. Jahrome Hughes and Cameron Munster had the ball on a string, setting up tries with deft kicks. Munster, who plays his 200th game this weekend, looks like he is finally over his groin injury, which spells trouble for the other sides (and NSW). Ryan Papenhuyzen is also starting to get back to career-best form.

After scoring a hat-trick in the first half, Xavier Coates suffered a hamstring injury. Utility Tyran Wishart came onto the wing. Bronson Garlick has been named on the bench. Though he was injured during the Rabbitohs game, Nelson Asofa-Solomona has been named.
