Morgan Smithies
Wigan Warriors starlet Morgan Smithies enjoyed a breakthrough campaign in 2019. The forward was the first player to pull on a Cherry and White jersey born this century, when he debuted against Catalans Dragons in March of this year.
The 18-year-old has a bright future ahead of him and made headlines in Wigan’s play-off win against Salford Red Devils when he made 72 tackles in a single game to break the all-time Super League record.
