It wasn’t the best of Good Fridays for both Hull Kingston Rovers and Warrington Wolves but who will come out on top on Easter Monday? Here’s everything you need to know.
TEAM FORM GUIDE
Hull KR
After 12 rounds, the Red Robins have only won four games, notably Wakefield was their biggest win of the season so far but have failed to risen to those heights ever since.
On Good Friday, they played their local rivals Hull FC on a day that promised the best local derbies in Super League going head-to-head.
Unfortunately for Rovers they couldn’t repeat their previous performance against the Black and Whites and came home with a 56-12 defeat.
Warrington
On the other hand, the Wolves have shown their consistency once again as they look to be chasing the top spot, which is currently St Helens’ territory.
After ten rounds, Warrington had been in fantastic form, collecting nine wins and have fallen short on their travels to Catalan Dragons earlier in the season.
The Wolves, however, aren’t in the best of form either as they have suffered back-to-backs against the League Leaders and to Salford Red Devils at home.

Hull KR
Head coach Tim Sheens has stuck with the same squad that were beaten at the KCOM Stadium in the Betfred Super League encounter, with just one change in the Robins ranks.
Centre Junior Vaivai has dropped out of the squad having not featured on Good Friday due to a dead leg, meaning forward Harry Bardle has been drafted into the 19-man squad.

Warrington Wolves
Head coach Steve Price had announced there will be a number of fitness checks at Sunday’s training session, meaning an extended squad has been selected.

HEAD TO HEAD
When it comes to the head-to-head, there isn’t much competition between the two sides as Rovers have failed to beat Warrington for four years.
But looking at the fixtures in the last two years, Warrington have come out on top with fourteen point margins, suggesting that Rovers have ways around Warrington’s defence but lack the clinical edge to turn them over.

George Lawler (Hull KR) v Daryl Clark (Warrington)
As suggested in the head-to-head, the fixture promises to have plenty of tries in store and it will be up to these two players to see how many points they can stop conceding.
Starting with the back-rower Lawler, he is looking like one of Rovers’ top defenders this season, making 382 tackles so far, the seventh best in Super League.
Clark as starting hooker has made 349 tackles, the best for his club in 2019. He gives them an extra option in attack though.
