5. Blake Ferguson (2019-present: 21 games, 10 tries, 40 points)

In 2013, Ferguson was sacked from the Blues side and left Canberra after an indecent assault charge put his career in tatters. Few would think of him as a player you’d sign to have a positive impact on the club’s culture, yet that’s just what he offers the Eels six years on. Now super professional, and sober, throughout the season, Ferguson brings competitiveness, talent, and has been able to fill the void left by Radradra. He was a big reason for the Eels’ surge in 2019 and, despite only arriving in the final year of the decade, very easily makes this side.
