Coach of the Year: Anthony Seibold
Many predicted the Rabbitohs to improve on last seasons 12th placed finish, but not many would have thought they could go one game from the grand final, and be one of the most entertaining teams in the competition in doing so. Seibold turned the Rabbits into a killing machine in 2018, focusing their game plan around their play the ball speed and letting stars like Cook, Reynolds, Walker and Inglis do what they do best. He also managed to turn the Burgess error count way down, which deserves a medal of its own.
