Ryan Hall’s League Leaders’ Shield Clincher (2015)

Heading into the final game of the 2015 Super 8’s, Leeds Rhinos knew that victory away at Huddersfield Giants would secure them the League Leaders’ Shield. The Giants led by eight-points with six minutes left to play only for a converted Tom Briscoe try to move the Rhinos to within a single score of their opponents. Kevin Sinfield levelled the game up with a penalty in the final minute before Ryan Hall collected Danny McGuire’s kick and touched down in the corner as the final hooter sounded to pip Wigan to the silverware and send the travelling Leeds supporters into delirium.
