Winger of the Year – Maika Sivo

An exceptional debut year for Maikia Sivo with Parramatta Eels giving him an opportunity in the top grade from Round 1 when he faced his former club Penrith Panthers where he played in the Canterbury Cup.

He crossed twenty-two times for the Eels in twenty-five matches to be the game’s leading tryscorer.

Sivo’s hat-trick in the final round against Manly Sea Eagles at Bankwest Stadium was his greatest performance of 2019 and a warning to opposition clubs that he’ll come back bigger and stronger in 2020.
