Wests Tigers (5-5) = Get ready Tigers fans: your boys should make the finals for the first time since 2011. The Tigers have beaten the teams they should be beating, and have been far more consistent, despite BJ Leilua’s brain snaps (BJ’s gonna BJ). The upset loss to the Titans – which they really should have won – was the turning point: coach Michael Maguire dropped favourite son Benji Marshall, showing that nobody is safe. Season highlights have included beltings of Canterbury-Bankstown, North Queensland (leading 34-0 at halftime), and Brisbane.
