We take a look back at the 2024 NRL season and see how our writer predictions back in February turned out.
Six of our writers picked the Penrith Panthers to win the premiership and eight thought New South Wales would win the State of Origin series.
Our pre-season predictions of the Warriors and Broncos making the top eight didn’t eventuate, while the Bulldogs were only chosen by one writer to make the finals. The Dragons exceeded expectations in narrowly missing out on making the top eight.
