London Broncos vs Wakefield Trinity- Round 1

London provided a huge shock last season by beating Toronto Wolfpack in their backyard in the Million Pound Game. So far they have made some astute signings with St Helens Academy product Matty Fozard signing from Sheffield Eagles to compliment hookers James Cunningham and Eloi Pelissier. Greg Richards returns to Super League after a stint in the Championship with Leigh. The 2014 Grand Final winner is still only 23 years old and has his best years ahead of him. Finally Jordan Abdull has a point to prove after being involved in Hull FC’s horrendous losing streak at the back end of last season. Their opening game against Wakefield will show whether they are capable to step up a level to Super League.
