The 2021 Super League season not too far away. Here’s a look at some bold predictions ahead of the season opener on March 25.

1. Giants, Red Devils Will Make the Play-Offs

Itโ€™s all change at the John Smithโ€™s Stadium this season with Ian Watson coming in as head coach.

He has some solid additions at his disposal in the form of newcomers Jack Ashworth, Josh Jones, Ricky Leutele and Luke Yates.

Similarly, Salford have made some exciting signings in the off season. Joe Burgess, Declan Patton and Elijah Taylor all arriving under Richard Marshall, Watsonโ€™s replacement at the AJ Bell Stadium.

Both teams should fancy their chances of challenging for a top-six finish.

The Red Devils, in particular, will want to finally win some silverware having reached the Super League Grand Final and Challenge Cup Final in recent years.
