Preview
Round two action commences with Wigan’s clash against Wakefield at the Totally Wicked Stadium. The Warriors produced a fine comeback against Leigh last time out, while Trinity can take heart from their narrow defeat against Leeds.
Wigan make one change to their 21-man squad with Jackson Hastings replacing Jai Field after the Australian utility back was ruled out for five months with a hamstring injury.
Wakefield are lifted by the return of Jay Pitts and Ryan Hampshire to their 21-man squad, with Alex Walker and Yusuf Aydin dropping out.
Prediction
I think this one will be a close game, based off the two teams performances last week. Wigan should produce a much better performance with Jackson Hastings back in the fold, and should take the two points to maintain their perfect start to the season. However, Wakefield showed they were no pushovers last time out and with Tom Johnstone back to his outrageous best. They have more than a chance on Thursday evening.
