The venues for this yearโ€™s Ladbrokes Challenge Cup semi-finals have now been confirmed and both games will be broadcast live on the BBC.

Wigan Warriors, 19-time Challenge Cup winners, will play against league leaders Hull FC at the Keepmoat Stadium in Doncaster on Friday July 29 (BBC Two, 8.00pm). Last year saw the first-ever Friday night televised semi-final on the BBC between Leeds and St Helens which drew in a TV audience of over 1.3million.

This highly-anticipated clash between two of First Utility Super Leagueโ€™s in-form teams is sure to be one of the must-see games of the year.

The second semi-final, Warrington Wolves v Wakefield Trinity Wildcats, will be played at Leigh Sports Village on Saturday July 30 and will be televised live on BBC One with a 2.30pm kick-off.

Warrington have a strong record in the Cup having triumphed at Wembley in 2009, 2010 and 2012 whilst Wakefield are bidding to reach the Challenge Cup final for the first time since 1979. They last lifted the trophy 53 years ago with a Wembley win against Wigan.

Tickets will be available early next week and fans should visit their clubโ€™s website for further details.
