Round 8 Interesting Stats
South Sydney have lost all three games versus Penrith on a Thursday.
Broncos have lost eight of their past nine games outside of Queensland and New South Wales.
Bulldogs are unbeaten versus Cronulla in the two Friday games between the clubs since 1998. Both of them were in 2001.
Newcastle have lost their last 17 away games versus Queensland opposition. Their last win was in March 2015.
Gold Coast have won their last four games versus Queensland sides played on a Sunday.
The Wests Tigers play a lot of Sunday games, which is a shame for them as they have lost 17 in a row.
Manly have lost their last six away games and won just two of their last 16 away games versus all teams.
It’s one a piece for Anzac Day clashes on a Tuesday. The loser scored 12 points in both games. The home side won both games.
