3. Stefano Utoikamanu – Wests Tigers
This one may come as a shock to many, but here is a kid who has massive wraps on him and who was scouted by almost every NRL team. He’s a monstrous human who has dominated the lower grades.
The only difference between him and our top two picks are NRL game time. For some reason, he was given very little time in the NRL by Brad Arthur. There’s no doubt he’ll play plenty of minutes for Michael Maguire in 2021.
If he continues to work on his fitness in the off season, he could be the premier breakout star for a Tigers team who are longing for a spark of light after another disappointing season.
