Preview

A tasty Yorkshire derby concludes Good Friday’s action with Leeds taking on Castleford at the Totally Wicked Stadium. Both teams looked good in round one and will want to build some early momentum in the race for a play-off spot.

Leeds make a single change to their 21-man squad with youngster Corey Hall replacing Kyle Eastmond, while Brad Dwyer is in line to make his 200th career appearance.

Castleford make two changes from the squad that beat Warrington with Gareth O’Brien and Jacques O’Neill making way for Lewis Bienek and Lewis Peachey.

Prediction

I think this could be the game of the round with Leeds enjoying an end-to-end battle with Wakefield last week and Cas’ making a strong start to their campaign. Cas’ will miss both Gareth O’Brien and Jacques O’Neill, but looked hungry in their last outing and have the slight edge over the Rhinos heading into this one. However, you can never write Leeds off and they should push the Tigers all the way in an exciting contest.
