Wynnum Manly have made the finals for every season since 2010, and there is nothing that looks like that wonโ€™t continue into 2016 with the majority of their squad including the talented Patrick Templeman – who was the competitionโ€™s best and fairest in 2015 – and the man referred to as The English Billy Slater Greg Eden staying on for another season.

The Seagulls have lost one of their best for 2016 with Mitchell Frei leaving for a chance at NRL glory with the Roosters, and have recruited a host of young Under 20 players to go with an experienced squad who know how to win and make finals. They have also lost ex Bronco David Stagg to retirement, but the association with the Brisbane NRL club continuing wonโ€™t hurt their chances and will no doubt get a player or two throughout the season.

The Seagulls also have a regular Live Stream for games for their fans who canโ€™t join the fun of the Chook Pen at BMD Kougari Oval, so it is worth following their Twitter feed for details closer to the games.

Key Matches:
The local derby against the Tigers.
The Herald Cup against the Dolphins.
