In the fifth minute Pat Richards successfully converted a penalty goal for the Tigers after Ryan James took out Mitchell Moses late in the air after the kick.

In the 22nd minute, Brad Tighe hit James Tedesco high which gave the Tigers an opportunity to score a try, which was desperately needed.

In the 37th minute, James Roberts went over the line again for the Titans, increasing their lead 16-2.

The Titans went into the half time break with a comfortable lead, 16-2.

With a quiet second half, Titans were first to add points after receiving a penalty.

In the 55th minute the Tigers looked to score again but the video referee for the second time of the night denied them the try due to obstruction being present.

In the 57th minute Sezer took control and kicked a field goal in hopes to secure the win.

Chris Lawrence then lifted the spirits of the 7,103 fans at Leichhardt oval scoring their first try of the night in the 58th minute. Pat Richards successfully converted the try adding the extra two points; the Titans remained in front 19-8.

In the 61st minute the Tigers came back and Tedesco surprised fans by scoring another four pointer. The video referee’s confirmed the grounding and rewarded Tedesco for his efforts. Pat Richards continues his 100% conversion rate by successfully converting to add the extras, Titans still in the lead 19-14.
