The Black & Whites are now without eight key stars going into the game, six of whom are confirmed to be out of action for the remainder of the season.
Albert Kelly, Jake Connor, Joe Westerman, Josh Bowden, Mark Minichiello, Chris Green and Marc Sneyd are all currently sat on the sidelines.
Radford has made just one change to his squad from last week’s game against Warrington, with young centre Cameron Scott coming in for Mickey Paea who drops out after picking up a knock last week and joins the ever-growing injury list.
Scott was one of three City of Hull Academy players who featured in last week’s U19s Academy Origin fixture for Yorkshire against Lancashire.

Castleford Tigers
Head coach Daryl Powell has resisted making any changes to the side that defeated Catalans Dragons last Saturday as he keeps the exact same 19-man squad.
The Tigers welcomed back Ben Roberts and Luke Gale last week and they both retain their places in the Tigers squad after coming through problem-free.
Castleford 19-man squad: Clare, Clark, Eden, Gale, Holmes, Maher, Massey, Mata’utia, McMeeken, McShane, Millington, Milner, Moors, Roberts, Shenton, Trueman, Wardle, Watts, Webster.
HEAD-TO-HEAD
The two sides have met twice this year. At the first time round, Castleford were the victors after beating the Black and Whites by 28-18 at The Jungle.
Hull FC won the reverse fixture by a comfortable margin, beating the Tigers by 36-12 at the KCOM Stadium.
The two sides will meet again in East Yorkshire in their third and final meeting this year, winner takes all.
KEY BATTLE – Bureta Faraimo vs Greg Eden
With both sides being put to the test defensively, the spotlight will be on both team’s significant try scorers.
Hull FC’s Bureta Faraimo is one Super League’s top scorers this season with 17 tries to his name, and he has been one of Hull’s better performers throughout a season of struggle.
Facing him will be Greg Eden, who has missed much of the season through injury but is making up for lost time with eight tries in his last four appearances and 11 tries in total.
